La Mortuacienne’ lemonade was created in 1921 by Marcel Alcide Rième, a lemonade specialist from the district of Morteau in Doubs, a part of the Franche-Comté region in Eastern France. Lemonade that has all the taste of a traditional, high quality product from over 80 years of experience, it is now internationally recognized.
Mr. Rième’s already well-established expertise led him, quite naturally, to the creation of syrups.
This range was launched in 1921 with three flavours: lemon, grenadine and mint. Today, Rième Boissons takes its inspiration from nature and offers more than thirty original flavours, including fir tree, gentian, Mirabelle plum and blueberry.
Over the years the manufacturing process has of course been updated, but the high quality and traditional taste of the Rième Boissons drinks range has stayed the same.
